Eric Weins
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Eric Weins is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Weins Development Group, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and asset management firm based in Denver, Colorado. Over the past 20+ years, Mr. Weins has led more than 200 real estate projects spanning multifamily, condominium, townhome, mixed-use, and commercial developments throughout Colorado.
Mr. Weins oversees the firm’s acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, financing, and asset management activities. His experience includes transforming raw land into master-planned communities, developing mixed-use urban infill projects, and creating long-term income-producing assets. Under his leadership, Weins Development Group has developed and managed more than 1,100 residential units and numerous commercial properties across the Denver metropolitan area.
Mr. Weins studied Real Estate at the University of Buenos Aires and completed executive education through Harvard University. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Regis University and continues to cultivate relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and strategic capital partners seeking opportunities in the Denver market.
Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Evelyn Pressler Weins is the Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Weins Development Group. She oversees the firm’s financial strategy, underwriting, financial modeling, asset management, accounting, and investor reporting functions across the company’s portfolio.
Ms. Pressler Weins holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a degree in Accounting from UADE. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and a member of the Colorado Society of CPAs.
Prior to joining Weins Development Group, Ms. Pressler Weins spent more than sixteen years in public accounting, including serving as Senior Manager at Crowe Horwath, where she specialized in audit and advisory services for real estate, construction, hospitality, and privately held companies. Her financial leadership has been instrumental in supporting the successful development and management of the firm’s growing real estate portfolio.
Vice President

Turner D. Miller serves as Vice President of Weins Development Group, where he focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development strategy, and investment analysis. With nearly a decade of experience in real estate development and investment, Mr. Miller has played a key role in identifying redevelopment opportunities, structuring transactions, and executing growth initiatives throughout the Denver metropolitan area.
Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has contributed to the successful development and disposition of multifamily, condominium, townhome, and mixed-use projects, including the sellout of the Aria Denver community consisting of townhomes, condominiums, and apartment residences.
His expertise includes land acquisition, market analysis, capitalization strategy, redevelopment planning, and asset positioning, helping support the firm’s continued growth throughout the Denver market.
Property Manager

Kaya Schwarz earned a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
As Property Manager for Weins Development Group, Ms. Schwarz oversees operations, leasing performance, resident relations, and vendor coordination across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. She works closely with ownership and leadership teams to support asset performance, operational efficiency, and portfolio growth.
Combining a background in finance with hands-on real estate management experience, Ms. Schwarz contributes to the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences while maximizing long-term asset value.
