Founder / CEO
Eric Weins founded Weins Development Group in Denver in 2002, after relocating from Buenos Aires, Argentina with his wife and co-founder Evelyn Weins, CPA. Over the past 22 years, he has built WDG into Denver’s only fully vertically integrated real estate platform — controlling development, construction, investment management, property management, and energy services under one roof.
Eric serves on the Board of Trustees at Regis University and has been recognized by the Urban Land Institute and the MAME Awards for architectural and design excellence. He co-invests in every deal alongside WDG investors — his capital in the same position as theirs.
